Ayat Logistics Sdn Bhd operates a general trading and export-import arm for businesses that need goods sourced, bought, or sold across borders.
We act as the counterparty between a buyer and a supplier. That means identifying suppliers who can meet a requirement, negotiating terms on the buyer’s behalf, coordinating the documentation a cross-border trade requires, and arranging the movement of the goods from origin to destination.
We are not a marketplace and we do not hold stock. Every trade starts with a requirement and is sourced against it.

There are three key commitments that fundamentally influence the operation of every trade.
You are told what the price includes, who the counterparty is at each stage, and what remains outstanding. If something in a trade changes, you hear it from us before you hear it from a document.
We are paid for the sourcing and coordination work we do, and the basis for that is stated before you commit. There are no charges introduced after an agreement is reached.
We commit to what we can deliver and we say plainly when something falls outside what we can arrange. An honest no is worth more to a buyer than an optimistic yes.
Parts of a cross-border trade are carried out by regulated or specialist third parties. We coordinate those parts, we do not perform them ourselves.
Send us the product, the quantity, and the countries involved, and we will come back with what we can source and on what terms.
